Hi, I have a problem with my Triton T80si electric shower - my son was showering when the water stopped coming through, just before it stopped he said he heard a "sizzling noise". There is still power going to the unit but no water!! Any help would be gratefully accepted. Many thanks........

Many thanks for the reply - the boiler has never been serviced as we advised by the engineer who fitted it that sevicing was a waste of money as all they did was to "clean the fan". I take it this was bad advice then?? :? :?
