hi ,i am hoping to get some advice.i have a piece of land that i no longer want and would like to sell it.but i dont want to go through a land agency or land firm as they would take a cut of the sale.what other ways could i sell me land?thanks

how can you change what land is classified as and who do you appy to?i mean if you owned a piece of greenfield land and you wanted to run a coarse fishery so you would have to change it to leisure land.all information greatly appreciated
