    Hello everyone, I had a retaining wall erected two years ago. At the time I thought painting it would be a good idea. It wasn't. The paint is now bubbling off and several cracks have appeared. Is it possible to now harl my wall, to hide all these blemishes? Thanks. R.

    If you are thinking the bleed hole is blocked, some air does escape when I open the bleed valve, then nothing until I do it again several days later.
