Hmm.. I must agree, What you think then? Will take some pics of the full wall and bay and the rest of the showrrom at some point! The pointing is flush as you can tell :shock:, many of the houses around the area are like that so kept it in keeping, not sure what you pro's think lol!

As you've said the cill in the picture is a 180 cill, but the end cap you have shown in the picture is a stub cill end cap. You need to be trying 180 end caps otherwise the varing angle will always be diiferent (as you can see between the 2 on the pics) Just get a pair of 180's that you...
