    Paddle lifter change on a hoover WMH 148 DF-80 washer.

    Hi, the paddle has snapped on the above washing machine. I have figured out how to get to one of the securing screws by taking off the black hose at the bottom of the drum. However I cannot find a way to get access to the other retaining screw. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    No, no need to turn the electric off at all. They can be a bid fiddly to get off and back on again. These cables are just Earth bonding cables.

    Thats just an earth wire and the silver thing is just a clamp. Undo the screw on he front and unwrap from around the pipe. Replace the pipework and re-attach the pipe clamp with the earth wire still connected.

    Ideal Isar boiler H 3 problem

    Just change the DHW thermistor, nothing todo with the pcb. I have changed quite a few thermistors and never changed a PCB due to H3 fault.
