You think the setting is too high? You suggesting I pass over more times on a lower setting rather than less set at 1.5mm for example? Surely your not saying alter the setting midway through planing the edge?

it isnt quickstep, its a cheaper version of that that seems to lay well. what do you think the joins will look like in the doors of the rooms that join? do you think that running the floor all the sameway will be a better option? do you mean expansion strips in the corner of the doorways...
