Thanks for answering - we have no water staying in the machine - pump doesn't stop going - we've poured a jug of water into the machine but pumps it out straightaway and pump carries on just pumping. The timer countdown just sticks at around 18 or 19. Many thanks

Hi, Have got the side panel off and just done a pre rinse cycle. If I pull the red float bar up the pump inside spins round - but no water comes out. Cheers
