heh heh - sorry just thought it might be a common problem with most boilers. i'll come back with the make and model of boiler.

I have a boiler that stays on constantly - i thought the problem was the timer/programmer so have re wired another one and the timer works fine - but the boiler doesnt respond to it and just stays constantly on - does anybody know what the problem might be???

I am replacing my central heating timer ( a honeywell st699b) with a new one( A wickes/siemens rwb9). can anyone help with the wiring? the instructions aren't too clear. any help is appreciated. cheers

hi thanks for the reply - it's a very small house . the lounge is about 4m square and the kitchen about 3 m square - there is just one radiator in the lounge downstairs and 3 upstairs.
