    ive had soem practice plastering plasterboard a few times, im going to be plastering an old wall tomorow with white emulsion on it can someone run through the steps any important prep... speak to me as if im clueless! just need to refresh it in my mind

    very helpfull! specialy the tip on turning them and removing them! thanks. the face of the metal stop bead i will be plastering to and then removing, will i need to prep the metal surface to ensure the skim doesnt stick to it?

    i read on another site similar to this, that you could use stop beads to divide a large area into more workable areas, for the amateur plasterer can anyone shine some light on this please? :mrgreen:

    when ever ive used plaster ive always mixed by hand, now i have a larger area i was planning to use a mixer.... there are alot of different ones on screw fix, are they all ok for plaster? http://www.screwfix.com/cats/101376/Power-Tools/Corded-Drills?sortby=lowFirst thanks
