    Time for an upgrade?

Hello, I have a Potterton Prima F30 that we inherited from the previous owners when we bought the house about 3 years ago. Along the way we've had bits and blobs go wrong, like the thermostat, or the wall-mounted controller/timer. Recently though, the circulation pump died and had to be...

    Thermostat not working?

Just got home, to pleasantly find the CH on. I'll try the thermostat later tonight... (too cold to do it now!) Pictures as requested (which are really worth a 1000 ASCII diagrams): Thanks!

Thanks for all the help guys. Indeed, it was the pump. The 'speed selector' had broken down, and the pump wasn't being actived - water wasn't going anywhere. The pump has been changed, and voila. Heating's back on. Thanks again - much appreciated!

    Prima F 30 automatic shutdown

Hello, I have a Potterton Prima F 30 which I inherited from the previous occupiers. Up to last week, we never had any issues with it. Now, I have had to become familiar with the reset switch below the dial. The boiler will start up, pilot light and all, and function for 2-3 mns before...
