Exedon, As per pictures above it is clearly not wired correctly just a twin and earth to the boiler off the programmer switching. No wires back to the wiring centre to feed the pump nor heating valve either obviously… I’ll have to get on to the plumber next week and get the spark back...

Using a ballofix is a slightly more expensive way of doing it unless it was the last isolating point in what was being removed. As conny said- a push fit stop end would be a more normal way of doing it. You can always put a bit of pipe into the open compression end of the valve and nut it tight...

Thanks Muggles, the brochure On my work website is about 6 years old and as you guessed based on sap 2005 calcs. The 21KW unit it is then- as it’s A bit smaller which will help with where it is being located. cheers
