Its a gravity fed vented sysytem and there are no isolation valves under the sink. The taps are really old pillar i think (same as bath ones which are ok) but wouldnt it a bit of a coincidence for both taps to stop working at the same time? Thanks. James

Hi All, My Potterton Suprima HE Boiler keeps cutting out. We haven't had any recent work done it's just started doing it. I put the heating on and notice the rads start to warm up but then the boiler cuts out. Ive tried resetting the boiler but that hasnt sorted it. Any ideas please! Thanks.

The pump has a black cover on it which underneath has a nut. There's nothing I can fit a flat blade screwdriver into. Do I undo the nut to bleed? No the lever was on auto the whole time. Does this matter?

There's a male and female connector type block. So I opened up the Other connector to make sure blue was going to blue,white to White etc that's when I noticed theres no earth.

How would I bleed the pump? Thanks.

Forgot to mention. I noticed that I have an earth wire in the new valve but no earth wire in other connection. Would this effect it?
