Hi John - no it is not single skin - yes could well be condensation, but room has radiator which is on and don't have problem in main house, so not sure how to solve

okay - a couple of the windows had been open anyway i.e. just latched open to the point they can still be secured/locked so was some air in room - also door seal not that brilliant so room not exactly air tight

It could be approx. £1500 to have them lined with one piece aluminium liner The work was done my A1 Installations - and they did a very good job Yes I painted the underside of the gutter using a long life black masonry weather protection paint

thanks for info - but already had mine lined with a one piece aluminium liner which has worked really well - hence why I was only asking about underside as not issues with gutters themselves now painted with masonry paint as suggested - look great now

fair point, but can't find any stores that sell them out my way - hence why intending to use internet - and you should be very careful saying things like that, for all you know I may have been disabled!

hi I have finlock gutters which have been lined with one piece aluminium liner - which seems to have cured all my problems etc Just wondering if you can paint the underside of the gutters to improve appearance / water proofness etc If so what paint can I use? Thanks
