Thanks for the reply Andrew, After a direct replacement for this with 180mm centres. All that I have tried come with the stands/pillars that are make them around 155mm. (at the nuts) As you can see the connection comes straight out of the wall at 180mm centres. I need to just undo the nuts and...

Strange one this, Don't shoot me just some thoughts... Is it a pressurised system did some one leave the filling loop on? (strange that it completely shot off the TRV, instead of the pressure relief blowing) Perhaps the TRV was not tight etc. As we all know most Trv's have a frost protection...

Well, I suppose because of the location we might have to move it on the odd ocassion. But I guess I can always get my son to do that . I was thinking of 2x2 in each corner then MDF it's going to be around 5ft long so don't want it to bow in the middle. Thanks.
