Looks like we are going for the Worcester. What advantage does the Easy Control give? Do you have much experience with it and will it be worth changing from my Hive? Thanks Simon

    Valliant or Worcester or Ideal

I'm sure these are very subjective and everyone has there own opinions but the more info I get the better maybe!! :ROFLMAO: Anyway I have been getting quotes for boilers and so far the Valliant has been offered by all the installers but then other options have been thrown into the pot. Combi's and DHW Flow rate

I think what i'm trying to work out is Modulation. Can the system run say at maximum to gain the hot water flow but be modulated down on the central heating side? So say for example a Worcester 8000 Life 35kw, for the DHW let run at maximum but the CH be modulated down to say 25kw?

    Combi's and DHW Flow rate

I agree about the claims but they have to get figures from somewhere i guess. We dont really have the option of stored water anymore as the house has evolved over the last 18 years to have no space anymore for a tank. Really just wanting as high flow as possible but not over speccing the Central...

    Gas feed to Combi

Hello. So now deciding we have to finally bite the bullet and replace our old boiler. At the moment our old boiler has a 15mm gas feed. Now I know that more modern Combi Boilers need a larger bore feed. I have been told by someone (not that I think he knows) that only a certain part of the...
