    Thanks for the reply, They've adjusted the price to reflect just the extension, just the whole certificate thing seems sketchy to me(especially considering they're a large company) Will have to discuss the issue with the managers of the company - just always feel like I have to be careful...

    Hi, I'be been having problems for a few weeks with a ravenheat boiler which only supplies hot water to the taps when the central heating is on, otherwise, it won't even try to fire(no noises or anything when switching the taps on). Any advice about the potential causes? Thanks, Afi
