I've just spoken to a supplier on this and they say the water-based adhesive needs to go onto a porous surface. AFAIK solvent based adhesives would do nasty things to EPS. So the answer is no? Any advance on no? Cheers Kev

I was thinking 9mm ply internally. Externally I had in mind simple horizontal overlapping boards (clapboard?) as a friend can source some cedar cheaply. I hadn't really thought of the external cladding as structural though. Plus, of course, some studwork. Perhaps like this... Thanks...
