    Ill sort a latch out,thats not a problem. Ill just knock up a small formwork for the exposed area and ready mix the gap there.Think that would sort it out. cheers

    I dunno,whoever dug it out wasnt arsed about how it looked at the end,hence theres about a half tile gap in front of the cupboard doors.I wasnt around when it gone done. Its just a job to tidy up in lockdown,hence the fill it up with sand up to its lowest level,and yeah,stick a lock on it.

    its has been left. But the gap in the floor pokes out from underneath the cupboard doors so it looks pretty ****ty.Plus a little kid moved in so it could be a bit dangerous under there. Still thinking level off with sand and a gravely type top and just cover it up.Cant see that causing any...

    What would be the best solution to refill this area back up? Its in a common hallway,obviously where all the services for the 4 flats have access. Its roughly 150cm deep,although not at the point where the water pipes pop through.plus random deep holes around the back and in some areas...

    cheers lads. Boilers in a cupboard just off the living area,fairly low down so might be a bit fiddily for him. Floor is the acoustic panels under a laminate,will get the plan from wundafloor,easy enough to lay down.Its all gonna be just in an open plan area ,about 28sqm.just need a gas...

    Staggering joints on plasterboard walls.

    Simple question. I'm double boarding one side of a metal stud wall,were the other side is already plasterboarded. Should my finished wall mimic the other side of the wall,or should I set the boards so that the finished walls are staggered. Many thanks.
