Still need help the throttle arm does not move but I can move by hand when I move the cable lever up and down nothing happens but when you look at the linkage the cable is moveing all the linkage but it doesn't move the govener arm help plz

Had another look the cable seems fine it works the mechanisms but it does not pull the throttle arm forward when I push it to fast speed may there be something missing

I turned the fuel off can you try this when not running as it's in my garage and I don't want to fire it up when it's in the fast position there is some resistance when in slow it just springs back hope it nothing major

It seems that the arm is right back on idol were should it be on idol when I push the lever forward it revs should it rev when pull back First pic is on slow Second pic on fast no change

When it's on the fast on the handle it runs nice but not at speed just idols when you move the handle lever to slow it stops now when I move the handle I can see the wire near the engine move but it doesn't move the throttle arm I will send more pics

That's to everyone with the help on the surging prob now can anyone help with my rev prob it ticks over on full but when I move the lever to slow it cuts out and I can only rev it by hand any help please have a look at vid please

Cleaned the carb full also done a full service no surge purse like a kitten so thanks for all the info now for my other problem it only ticks over doesn't on the fast setting when you put it on slow it stops any info cheers

Just cleaned jets still the same still scratching my head

Cheers I will try that will that make it not rev it revs when I do it manual but it don't rev with the lever

I will try and get a vid it cuts out when you take the filter off when it's on choke but surges when on the hare setting you have two have it on the high speed for it to run when you move the handle to slow it stop seem its on slow when it is on high setting the govonor spring is slack but not broke
