I have just done a rev test while parked up, over 4000rpm and no shaking at all.

No rumbling noise mate and nothing from clutch either.... soon as i take my off accelerator, whether to change gear or slow down it stops.

I have the above car. The problem is when I am accelerating the car starts to shake, its ok till I get to 50mph, but when I accelorate more it starts to shake, I thought it was wheel balancing, but had all 4 done and still the same...... Soon as I take my foot off the accelerator, no matter what...

Looking at that it looks like it’s been soldered on so I dare not twist it incase I end up with a leak

Thank you, so would I bleed that while the heating is on and pump is running, or do I need to turn electricity off to do it??

And regarding switch for immersion, what does it do, and should it be switched on, we have never had it switched on because I don’t know what it does

So which one would be the bleed thing please?

Daft question I know lol, but does that need to be switched on, or what does it even do?? And which is port 3 ?

Thank you, regarding number 4, when I drained down there was lots of black sludge in bottom of little tank in loft, is that normal?? I managed to clean it out before refilling and putting the inhibitor in….

Everything seems to be working fine, radiators balanced out so they seem loads better, no noise from new pump, it’s just the pump is hot, but some people say that’s ok and some say it shouldn’t be hot!!! Also, could someone please tell me what this switch is for?

Hi, I have just fitted a new central heating pump, When fitting it I had to do a full draindown because because one of the isolation stops wasnt working (the ones at the top and bottom of pump. Fitted pump and drained all back up, put water on and now the pump is red hot.... I have tried...

Hi, I am looking to replace a radiator in my front room.... The current radiator size is 1000mm wide and 400mm high... I am happy with the width but can I put a one with maybe 500 to 600mm high in?? These are some I have had a quick look at, I dont understand all btu, btu band and CE standard...
