Diy help needed please

Hi, I am doing a little home project, I am just a general diyer>
I live on a end terrace house and i have a side patio which i am covering in to use as a extra little addon on room to the house.

I have done the roof (no issue there).

I have cladded the outside wall with this stuff,

Tanalised T&G Scandinavian Redwood V Joint EX 100 x 25mm.​

I didnt seem to be getting any leaks through it.​

So i insulated the inside of the cladded bit with this:​

Jabfloor 70 Polystyrene Insulation Board.​

I insulated it a couple of weeks ago, I packed it up very tight to the outside cladding and any gaps i could see where i hadnt insulated properly, i stuck bits of rock wool in it. However I have just inspected that wall and noticed wooden joist, cladding and rock wool is wet!! Could this be down to over insulating it, am I supposed to leave a gap between cladding and insulation?? I can`t see any leaks coming in anywhere.​

I am guessing i dont need to treat the cladding because it is already treated.​

Could this cladding just need sealing with some sort of wood sealer???

The usual way to do this would be to install a breathable membrane over the frame, before fixing the cladding. That would stop moisture from penetrating, and allow and water vapour from inside to evaporate. Then fit the insulation inside

Ah right, could i not do that from the inside?? Or would a water proof sealer on the cladding solve the issue??

Take all the cladding off and do it again.

And please could someone give me a link to the breathable membrane which I would need?
And is it just a matter of putting membrane over the frame, then putting the cladding back on, or do i need to leave a gap between membrane and cladding?? i,e do I need any battens between membane and cladding??

Sorry for all the questions guys.... But really appreciate any help.

You can't really "cheat" with something like this if you want it to be habitable - I see you have a TV in there. The entire design and construction (roof/floor/walls) needs to follow basic construction rules.

I dont expect ot to be like a room in the house, I am not a builder, its just somewhere to chill out!!!
