    Lead flashing - to neighbours when inch gap between houses

    House used to be end house, however early 1900s a house was built next door leaving an inch gap inbetween. Looking to have roof renewed and roofer wants to lead onto firewall which is on next doors house.....told us it is ok to do that for weathering... not sure how we stand...any advice...
