100mm waste outlet to 110mm pan connector?!

We are replacing the toilet - it needs an extendable pan connector, which is the right length, but how do we get it from 110mm to 100mm? I've had a look at Screwfix and on Plumbcenter website to find a reducer or adapter, but I can't find one? Am I searching for the wrong thing?! Thank you!

Applied mortar to 18mm ply and shower tray, but it's moving?

Applied mortar to 18mm ply and shower tray, but it's moving?

We applied the mortar mix an hour ago, we thought that when it settled a little it would stop moving, but when tapping one side of the shower tray, it kinda bounces, do you think we have to add more mortar in that area? Thank you!!

I put in a picture, but it's not worked! We've turned the boiler off, we were told to drain the system, so we'll do that too, but our boiler has two drain valves (picture below) can we use either side to drain it? [/img]

Need help removing this towel radiator >>

We need to move it to get the new shower tray in - do we have to turn off the boiler? The water is already off. There is a silver thing on the top of one of the towel rail sides too if that helps? We are happy to cap off the pipes under the floorboards too if that is the easiest/best option...
