HI, I'm currently going through the building process slowly - and have been wondering how TV extensions are so much cheaper than the quotes we are getting.. how do we know when the quotes are realistic - I'm waiting on structural engineer specs then will be approaching builders...

I'm trying to get my head around this. My borough only provides one set of fees... is it just that notification is quicker? Or am I missing something?
