Overflowing into pan,so floatvalve not shutting off or overflow height needs adjusting, ,simples.

Sounds like thermistor or flow switch problem. Do you know were they are? Have a look in your manual.

Your bog has an internal overflow, controlled by a floatvalve, either your floatvalve,(much same as a ballcock) has failed or requires adjustment.

Pressure does not differ,circumference/ length of pipe run affects both flow, delivery and temperature. Contradiction.

How many rads in total? was system working before adding rads?. Boiler can`t cope with extra distance to new rads. How big is the frikkin house?it`s a combi fer chrissakes , designed for small houses and flats! It`s a glorified water heater, I hate them with passion. I have a back...

Not sure about your boiler but sometimes after you turn off the boiler the pump continues for a little while to get rid of all the heat, so when you turn boiler off,it`s sounds like it is still running for a while. :D

If you have already installed underfloor heating then you should know what controls per room are required.You need to contact original fitter or manufacturer for advice.

Sounds like you have pressure reducing valve somewhere,either that or whoever tested your mains internally is a d@ick.

Pump overrun?

All hilarious......... no need to place anything under your bath legs. The flooring itself spreads the load over existing floor joists., adding anything else would be pointless.
