Texecom Premier - using fob in one Area turns off all areas

Just an update; I tried turning off "Disarm First" but it didn't seem to make a difference. So I turned on Local Arming and Local Disarming for each User. For some reason Arming still seems to affect other areas (If I'm in the bike store and just say Yes to "Do you want to Arm the system?" it...

Texecom Premier 48, User doesn't have option to Arm

Neither my Engineer no my only User has an option to Arm. Only the Master has this option. For the User, I've programmed a fob, but left it somewhere else, so I'm just typing in the code. The first option I get is to Omit Zones, with no option anywhere in the menu to Arm. Does that sound right?

    Texecom Premier 48 - RKP 1,1 Tamper

OK, this is fixed. For other with the same problem - the metal bit on the tamper switch (the white thing) was out of line and needed pushing sideways a bit. Thanks all for your responses.

    Texecom Premier 48 - RKP 1,1 Tamper

Here are some close ups. Good news - the alert disappears if I press the metal clip. Is there supposed to be a bit of plastic somewhere to apply pressure to the micro switch when it's attached to the back box?

    Texecom Premier 48 - RKP 1,1 Tamper

Thanks handymanjo, I'd taken the gubbins out of the back box and couldn't see anything, but I'll take the back box off the wall and see if there's a switch on the back that isn't touching the wall properly.
