Texecom Premier 48, User doesn't have option to Arm

Neither my Engineer no my only User has an option to Arm.
Only the Master has this option.

For the User, I've programmed a fob, but left it somewhere else, so I'm just typing in the code.
The first option I get is to Omit Zones, with no option anywhere in the menu to Arm.

Does that sound right?

Check user settings / level ....has it been programmed by wintex ? PC software
