Found the service report from September, not sure if this helps.

The photocell was completely covered in soot. Cleaned it up but unfortunately this hasn't solved the fire up issue.

Thanks for the replies guys. Not sure when the pressure levels were adjusted or flue ways cleaned. Sounds like a another service might be required then.
