Yep tried the above method, I go to Zone 12 which is first free slot, followed your instructions above but nothing. The sensor flashes a pinky colour as the manual says so looks like its in learn mode but panel just not picking it up.

I am wondering whether my system is a good few years old and this sensor is a newer version to my original sensor whether either the panel or ricochet firmware is too old, but cant find any info on firmware requirements in the manual. I have emailed Texecom so hope they can help.
