    Thanks there is a waste pipe near by 40mm pushfit. But takes 2 sinks. If going into the waste it needs to be it's own leg no other appliances connected

    Is the over flow pipe similar to that of an open vented system header tank overflow pipe then?

    Thanks there's no prv valve on it or temperature relief just a pipe coming from the top with a tundish

    Thanks yes this has a solenoid valve to open and close the flow of water on. Switched on via a high and low water pressure sensor.

    I have one of these to look at 25litres apparently no flow of hot water. Has anyone worked on them before?. My first thoughts was maybe the pressure reducing/composite valve is blocked.

    Heat pump condenser

    On a heat pump install, when installing a magnetic filter. This is in place to protect the condenser on the heat pump. Which is like a plate heat exchanger on a boiler. So the magnetic filter should be installed on the return pipe to the air source heat pump?

    Ah thanks so not have a spur above the kitchen work tops to turn off isn't a problem?

    Are plug in electric hobs any good? I'd be in a situation where I'd me plug-in the hob in but wouldn't have a spur/rocker switch above on the kitchen tiled area to turn it on. So would be constantly switch on Is this not a good idea? Thanks

    I think maybe I may miss the tools. But it's 38k a year. 35 hour week. 23 hours teaching time. 55 days leave so school teachers holidays.
