    anyone know about minimum depth of plastic drains i found some imformation which states the minimum depth for plastic pipe in gardens is 600mm , the deapest any pipe in my inspection chamber is 340mm and if i lay the new drain at the other end it will be only 165mm which seems very shallow...

    not sure how to work out the fall rate 1:40 does that mean for every metre the fall is four centimetres . the depth of the pipe exiting the inspection chamber is 340mm and the length of pipe needs to be 7 metres long which would mean at the soil pipe end it would be only 60mm below the ground...

    combi boiler

    i need to replace my old boiler which is a standard gravity one with hot water cylinder, i am thinking of replacing it with a combi boiler, the one i am thinking of using is a baxi combi 105e ,anyone know if this is a good boiler or can you recomend one. cheers
