    After checking again bob1956 said: should read 2 on cylinder stat -orange on zone valve & linked to L on boiler My bad. Just to add the HW is not permanently calling for heat , it just comes on randomly at different times to how I have scheduled it . The orange wire is not permanently live.

    Thanks for the replies, Just to add I am using a nest thermostat Gen 3 Danfoss 3 way valve is connected thus Orange -#1 cylinder stat.Blue- Neutral. Grey #2 cylinder stat. Brown/White -#3 heat link (heating on) I have the Heating stat wire unconnected at this time

    hi I just replaced mu 3 port valve with the above valve, Wires are Blue,Orange,Grey, Brown/white,(4 wires), (I have no wiring diagram) When calling for heating, I get hot water,clearly I have 2 wires connected incorrectly . My question is, Which wires have I got wrong.:eek: Thanks

    The nest has been wirered as per MI LN, link from L to 2 & 5 on heat link 3 to heating on 4 to HW on 6 to HW off Heat Link fitted 1 mtr from Stat.

    Ok, hot water timed for 17hr this evening,boiler didn't fire nest room stat set at 30deg,to force boiler to fire,boiler didn't fire ,S30 indicated (no call for heat ,) This is with the 24v link removed, Pump connected directly to X14 on boiler. Am I missing something hear
