Would I be correct in saying Zone 2 should not have B mode, and other zones should be configured for B? Or is this the wrong way around? Thanks

The neighbour stated before I touched the alarm, the 'B' was used for Bed. Code, press B = 10 second countdown to run up the stairs and get their head down. It must be a misconfiguration on the zones, what does the b typically mean on the zone?

Thanks so much for your previous help! However, the only thing not working is the B setting, put code in, press B = Zone Fault 2 and the alarm makes a loud horn noise. It's fine when it's set in A setting. Any clues? I have Zone 2 as 'ER abcd' | Zone 2 is the PIR setting to be activated...

All done! THANKS SO MUCH!! I annoyed the other neighbours though, forgot to set the entry and exit routes and had the alarm going full pelt twice!! Let me know how I can repay the favour, thanks again.

Thanks! Perfect, the only fault now is the door chime? I've changed it on the panel to OFF, and then back ON, it makes the sound but when the door open / closes it doesn't chime? Thanks again for your help
