I'm not sure I follow secureiam. Is the guard access zone set correctly with the 'A' and 'E' attributes activated, or was the default just 'A' activated?

Cheers secureiam, your kind offer is appreciated. I think I might have figured it out. When I checked via the keypad, the entry/exit 2 attribute 'E' on the PIR wasn't set, just 'A,' which I presume meant that the entry delay timer wasn't activated.

Great, I'll do that for keypad. Panel was commissioned via Wintex, so I'll have to look at the PIR sensor settings at the weekend. I know it's set to guard access and not entry/exit. Perhaps it needs the two checked?

There's a notch in a corner of the faceplate, but when I tried to put a screwdriver under this to prise it off then it seemed to place undue stress on the faceplate which made me think I might just snap it. I suspect that this is how it should be removed, but I didn't want to assume. Thanks...

Thanks Mottie, I've checked the sockets using a working cable and device. The wires to the 4 sockets themselves run together and some of them work, so the problem is almost certainly the sockets. I just need to know how to remove this faceplate?
