No it's not normal, mine leaks from there too. I've had mine for many years though and it's falling apart so I'm gonna pull the whole thing down in the future. Yours will probably need resealing again from the outside. Speak to a specialist window/conservatory place and see what they advise.

I believe it was fixed straight to the ceiling, its been about a month or so now and I cant see that it's flexed or bowed and still looks level.
