    I figured it out. The PIR sensor requires a neutral feed to be pulled from the rose as the sensor needs a circuit from which to draw its own power. Just having a single cable for the current switch is insufficient. Seems obvious now I've drawn it out and read the Q&A on screwfix!

    Hello all, Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a house type directory for Bellway Homes? I have a house that was built by Bellway in 1999 but I don't know what the name of the house style is and could do with finding out. I've googled it extensively but so far have had no luck. Thanks
