Hi mate eventuall got round to looking at this, problem seems to be water is going into the jetwash via hose but is not coming back out . Easy fix ? Or time to scrap it ? Would not care it starts and runs 1st time every time will be gutted to let it go lol

When nozzle is pushed in for foam ,pressure is normal .obv not as powerfull as pressure rinse but normal but when i go to high pressure rinse by pulling out lance it just trickles out , same as first rinse, so foam is geting delivered as normal but pressure wash is the problem , had same lance...

Afternoon burnerman ,, set it away today after cleaning pump out yesterday , that brass nozzle i took a chance and put it into pump b4 attaching lance on .let it run freely for a while first .it worked a treat . I now have a fully working jet wash again .. thank you for your help and advice

Not yet as been to work unsure what to do about the brass spare part lol... dont want to shove it back in only to find its in back to front then its stuck will fire it up in morning without it in first and let you know

Ok iv removed and cleaned the part you said just one thing b4 i put it back together is the little brass fitting out of the pump and if so which way should i put it back in as when i removed lance it fell onto table and it is not off lance

Yes chemical supply pipe is removed will remove lance in morning then go for the 4 screws . Will try soaking it in hot water this may help remove any clogging in there .. thank you hopefully this will do it

Just a update, since photos were taken iv removed the tubes and fully cleaned them and the black connector to the pump . I feel the pump is not drawing soap through as tried again and tubes still clear .also removed lance from jet wash and let the water run freely through

Ok tried it with lance spit so water is just flowing through and on low pressure for a while also without avail ..few pictures here
