    Yes I installed it like that and it works fine as single zone which is by design. But I now want zones have now started to convert to S plan so I can have multiple zones. Thanks for all the replies although I found more information on a proper plumbing forum.

    OK so I wouldn't exactly say major ball sup or diy cock up as the Y plan was already in place. I can change to S plan if required. I was asking if the independent thermostat control would work so I didn't have to do that??

    More pics, I reckon the lintel catches the brick about 35mm to 40mm ..... All pics in album..... dont really want to fit new lintels but as you can see by the pics the one window already done only has a course of 3 layers above it so no weight so wasnt too concerned, but the other windows...

    Can someone pls advise if the lintels I have are suitable for PVC windows? My concern is that they only catch the outer brick by half a brick. (See pic) Dont lintels normally come right to the edge of the outer brick work?
