    Hello, I have noticed on my property (15 years old) that I can see a couple of bits of metal which I assume is the wall ties. Is this a problem? Should I get someone to repoint over as quite exposed? Any advice greatly appreciated

    I have just noticed this on the lintel, like a small bit is bowed up. I don’t know if it could be caused by when they were doing some repointing near it or something else.At the bottom of the header bricks if you see what I mean. Is it a problem?

    To add tried my damp meter around and at worst it is anout 14% so still in low range and that was having to press it really hard down. not sure how much yoh need to press it in. Just pressing lightly much lower
