Does this look like a problem or condensation?

It is a new build property been in not far off 2 years and thought generally was condensation as around the front door and also bi fold doors.

Does this look like something other than condensation ?

Think it looks darker in the picture than what it actually is. It just looks like the laint around door is a slightly different colour but not flaking or anything.

To add tried my damp meter around and at worst it is anout 14% so still in low range and that was having to press it really hard down.

not sure how much yoh need to press it in. Just pressing lightly much lower
