I've just noticed bubbling and raised paint on the wall near the door in my utility room. The wall feels very cold and damp at the bottom but as I go up the wall it doesnt feel as cold
It's a single brick extension with foam backed plasterboard. I'm thinking its condensation because where I've peeled the paint off the paint behind is dry and the plaster is dry. I've tried my best to get pictures. In one you can see where paint has flaked off in the past and we've repainted it. It has a polycarb roof as well so it isnt insulated. I'm going to get a dehumidifier and see if that helps. Eventually when we have the PVC door replaced il get one with trickle vents in which should help. Does it seem and look like condensation. I really hope it isnt damp. I'd have thought condensation would occur higher up tho. It also only does this during winter months. In summer when its dry their are no problems
