OK, so if the ComIP is the one making/receiving the outbound comms, do I need to ensure that under 'Setup IP Data', COM2 has the IP Address set or should it be COM1 or doesn’t it matter? If I wanted to add a ComIP on COM3, presumably I add the IP in setup IP based on what it’s picked up from DHCP?

Smartcom is on COM1 and ComIP is on COM2. When I login to the app, I've asked it to re-sync with the panel and it's said OK. Which digi settings are you after - am a novice at alarms! Thx!

Thanks for the reply. It's hard wired and the IP is set as static on the router. I do have a rule to allow outside traffic in. Not sure how I would arm with no ats or put a delay on ats reporting? Cheers!
