Newest radiator (most recently added)virtually never heating

As works have progressed, this is what we've found - the new radiator was teed off an existing one with copper pipe (cant remember the size now but think 15mm or suchlike) however the feed was microbore... so that appears to have been the issue all along....hopefully once extension is complete...

What is this - drain or soakaway or something else

This is in the footway down the side of our house, towards the rear garden, its full of stone/gravel which is as it should be i believe. So my thoughts are some sort of soakaway - unfortunately in heavy rain we end up with standing water that gets quite deep and spreads down the path past the...

Newest radiator (most recently added)virtually never heating

Newest radiator (most recently added)virtually never heating

Suffering massive frustration with this. Our eldests bedroom is above a garage, we think this is a later extension amendment to the building, but for the time weve been here the radiator nearest his bed has been mostly cool or not worked, the other radiator in his room works perfectly. The...

    Telephone sockets? id please

So as was suggested before i opened up the master socket. Rsgaz.....one pair of the green and black wire were cut short inside the master socket (could they once upon a time of run in through the knockout???) the other pair were terminated into the front of the removable bit where my filter...

BT cable runs up and round the house and directly through the wall and into the master...i will take it to bits and get a photo - originally when we moved in the master still had a business broadband cover on it - we think this was used as an office originally as part of their business. Yep...
