yes did this still dead. so the alarm bell outside goes off when mains power switched on, however when switched off nothing happens...not sure if the back up power is getting to the panel...

any ideas

ok thanks, but what does this mean? I have a multimeter and changed all batteries and still get the menvier security version 4.1 screen on the panel ...any help greatly appreciated

i think there is some other issue, i did a power down and restart, no luck, what i did notice when i pulled the power/wall fuse is the outside bell stopped. and it doesnt seem to be taking power from the batteries even though these are new...keypads are completely grey with no power to...

no all seems ok, i just swapped batteries

the point is the keyboard works when i press the buttons it make the press button tone sound but the screen doesn't move off from what you see. is there a shut down sequence I need to follow? Or what do I need to do to reset?
