getting 11 from the batteries

ok thanks, but what does this mean? I have a multimeter and changed all batteries and still get the menvier security version 4.1 screen on the panel
...any help greatly appreciated

11 volts ? That’s too low …I would wire the keypad direct onto the panel network with nothing else on the network to see if it works it could be one of the data lines down to the keypad …
