    Hi Out bathroom floor tiles are a very Matt type of finish and also difficult to clean / keep clean ! We are considering replacing them but also wondered if there’s anything we can put on them to ‘glossen’ them a bit which should make them easier to keep clean ?

    Guttering advice

    The return isn’t wide enough for the charger box we want. Agreed regarding the potential overflow of water ! I’m now thinking to tuck it out of the way in the garage with the cable under the door !

    Hi all I am planning to have a EV charger point and the ideal spot marked on the picture currently has guttering in the way. One idea is to redirect the water to the other piece of guttering as per the arrow but I don’t know what sort of a job this is and if it would work ? Any advice...

    Hi Some of the shower tiles are coming adrift slightly and the grout is cracked. it is a new build house and nearly 6 years old. We also have water marks on the kitchen ceiling which I assume is from this. Any tips on fixing this? Should I remove all and check? Is there likely damage...

    Many thanks, I’m not sore what a PRV function is but would a faulty PRV also be a reason for the system to ‘lose pressure’ every 6 weeks or so?
