Hi, I'm trying to refit a radiator back into postion having removed it for plastering and painting, only problem is when I try and undo the blanking cap,water leaks out and wont stop. any ideas? thanks

it's fiberglass but it's been trouble since we had it installed because they didn't fit flashing, this was 15 yrs ago. too many cowboys or rip off merchants, not easy to find someone who will do the job properly.
