UPVC door is sealed at the top, but leaves a large gap at the bottom. I can’t for the life of me figure out what else to fiddle around with.

Thank you so much! Could fill that crack with flexible filler so it isn’t letting water through. But alternatively, do you reckon it would be better to not add a drip edge but use some storm dry or other masonry cream on the bricks below to keep water out?

Render at the bottom is uneven as all heck: with a drip edging on the left side that directs water into the aco, but not on the right. What’s the easiest way to add a drip bead to existing render?

1880 house Crack in ground floor lintel going up the building a bit. No internal cracking yet, and no matching crack below the window (only a hairline slightly offset as pictured). Worth getting a structural engineer in first, or should I get straight to repairing/replacing the lintel?
