It’s recycled MOT type 1 but I expected a larger pile for 10 tonnes.

Plumber noticed a kink in the lead pipe bend coming from the gas meter and suggested it will be a problem. It’s a very old lead pipe and been like that for a long time I reckon. Would it concern anyone?

We have this on the underside of a flat roof and it’s dry to the touch. Maybe from and old leak or is it dry rot?

Is this diagonal timber actually supporting the roof on the other side or just left for convenience of building a stud wall? Behind this is a large dormer bedroom with no rafters for 5 meters
