Hello, I have quite a few 80mm gaps to fill in where LED spots lights use to be. Could I use plenty of scrim tape over these gaps then easy fill over them? I’m thinking the scrim mesh would be similar to drywall patches you can buy. Thinking this will be quicker to do then screw plasterboard...

Thankyou. In future for testing copper work with the filling loop on the boiler. Will this pressurise flow and return? Or would I still need to connect a F&R together? (Providing all rads are off)

It’s a mix. Does the boiler filling loop push waster through the flow and the return pipes? Or do I need to connect one of them together? Thanks

Hello, Just installed all my pipe work for combi boiler. I haven’t connected to the radiators yet. When pressure testing do I need to connect a flow and return pipe together? I will be pressure testing from the filling loop at the boiler. Thanks

Agh. Okay thanks for that information. Yes soil stack. Washing machine as well. Okay will add vents and a inspection chamber. I’ve done some test runs and seems to be draining okay so far

just done the pipe work to the boss. And it’s a run of 8m with quite a few 45 degree turns on it. Thinking a admittance might help with distance but wasn’t sure when it’s necessary or not. Thanks
